Two Neck knivesby ~Monkeymitch351

Artisan Crafts / Metal Work

Two skinning style neck knives. I would say, a more refined design of my Puppy knife.

Handles: Top- Walnut/ black Dymondwood. Bottom- Hawaiian Koa.
Blade: Both 1095.

If you are clever you'll have noticed a paw print in the top one's blade. That is my new stamp

Both are for sale!

Price is $85- includes a sheath similar to these

Also note that the one on the top has a slimmer handle, and the one on the bottom is more rounded.

very nice knives

they remind me of one of my early knives that had the same styling tho somewhat shorter, handle was 25mm long & blade was 22mm with mahogany scales
named it Bumblebee for its shape, lost it years ago but these knives of yours make want to remake it

love the polish on the lower blade
do you use water stones? I've just started using them & they're great

On the lower one I just polished the bevel with finer sandpaper glued to a board, it worked very well.
